What is conscious coherent leadership?

When you think of consciousness, coherence and leadership all together, what comes to your mind? For me, I see a highly evolved being who has mastered their own personal energies enough to not be thrown off course by their external environment. When you think of great leaders you want to emulate, how do they behave? How do they make you feel after you interact with them?

Conscious coherent leaders have sufficient energy to consistently offer value to others because they spend time working on themselves. They fill their own cup first before engaging in their leadership role with others. This is a missing component in today's business environment. Too many leaders are running on fumes not fuel. Their tank is nearly empty and they are trying to lead others. This causes inefficiency and waste.

We all have the same amount of time each day so our advantage comes not from managing time but managing energy. If we increase our energy, we can accomplish more in less time. Energy is the currency of conscious coherent leaders.

We can become more like El Capitan by building our inner strength and reflecting it up and out towards others.
